No pressure sales man
I have been to a lot of car dealers in the last week or so and I have to admit that James who I had dealt with was very polite honest and knew what he was talking about, he didn't pressure you like some of the other car dealers I have been to he just let you browse around at your own pace I would definitely recommend James and Chancery motors to everyone thank you again James for all your help

Jamie couldn’t do enough for me when purchasing my car off him.. car was serviced and immaculate when we collected it.. can’t recommend him and chancery motor group enough. Would definitely get in touch with him for my next car, or any family member

Our experience with Chancery Motor Group was a joy. From the instant response to my initial and alll following enquiries, to the friendly and professional sales process, and of course to the car, which was as described, I couldn't be happier that we decided to deal with James at Chancery Motor Group. As we had a fair old drive up from the Dorset coast, we really appreciated the fact the car was as good as James had described. We can definitely recommend them.

Purchased a lovely truck at Chepstow branch. James was very helpful and provided friendly customer service with no over bearing pushiness. Also he was pleased to add a couple of things to make a good deal. Vehicle itself is of excellent condition, just what we were looking for.

Excellent customer service
Brilliant service. I spoke to James on the Saturday regarding a Citroen Berlingo van. Alan delivered it on the Wednesday. Just as described in excellent condition and very clean. I wouldn’t normally buy anything over the phone but having read the previous reviews I decided it was worth a chance. Would highly recommend the company. Both James and Alan were very helpful, friendly and professional. Will definitely contact James next time I am looking for another vehicle. Thanks
